One of requirement is to have use Captiva for scanning and indexing and once is upload all meta data and images in Oracle Database (Images will be stored in Oracle Database as BLOB. My Question is what are advantages or Disadvantages of using Oracle Database Vs Documentum for storing the images.
In this requirement we are estimating DAILY volume of 75,000 (75 K ) scanned pages scanned Or 10 Million pages a year.
