Hi, we are using documentum 6.5 version.
sometimes we are seeing an issue that when uses move the documents from initial queue to next level of queue, the documents are not appearing in the next level of queue. so we are restarting the workflow then they reach correct queue. can someone tell me why the documents are not appearing and how to resolve this issue permanently.
