job creator becomes root

For one user in particular, we have frequently seen that she will start a job with her user id (role: master) and the job will end up showing its creator as root and the task hangs. We have many other users using this workflow successfully every day. Anyone seen anything like this before?

If other users, using the exact same workflow, do not have this problem - than chances are the problem is not in the WFT (unless there's some particularly strange conditional coding going on in there) - it sounds more like a UID mapping problem - you might want to use the iwidmap CLT to get a listing of all the users and see if there is anything about this user's entry that corresponds to 'root's entry.
