Cannot View Document Properties

Hello Experts

i am creating a document test_1704 as object_name with a custom type test_01, having super_type dmc_rm_formal_record and this super_type is derived from dm_document.

the problem is that i cannot view the properties of the document test_1704

any suggestion why is that?

Can you please let us know

R u getting any error while viewing the properties?

Can you see the view properties context menu item when you right click on

the object?

If you want to see the custom properties it can be configured either using

DAB/composer which ever product you're using

here is the error when am right-clicking -> Properties on the document

com.documentum.xforms.engine.XFormsProcessorException: com.documentum.xforms.engine.XFormsProcessorException: DfException:: THREAD: http-8080-3; MSG: [DM_API_E_BADID]error: "Bad ID given: null"; ERRORCODE: 100; NEXT: null

and am using Composer, can you guide me how to configure the custom properties

for info, am using a DA 67SP1

here are the new changes that i made in Composer

in the Display tab, i have modified the info display configuration list and have put the minimum attributes and when i have re-installed the Composer Project in DA, am getting the following error while viewing the Document Properties

An exception occurred processing JSP page /webcomponent/library/records/declarerecord/xforms.jsp at line 11

9: <dmf:body cssclass='defaultPanesetBackground'>
10: <dmf:form>
11: <dmfx:xforms name='<%=XFormsComponent.XFORM%>'/>

I find the problem as the jsp page which being referred is not getting compiled properly.

Try Restarting the Application Server after removing the temp and work folders of the application server

In the application server c: /*/ documentum except the the cofig folder remove the other folders

Start the application server and notice in the tomcat std out whether the error is being related to jsp processing or not.
