Configure Email Notification on Job Fails !

Hi Experts,

Content server 6.7SP1 triggering mail on Job failures to an account like dcadm@alert.com with subject as below

!! Failed: Job "dm_UserRename" in docbase "DCMT_EPCS"

I have checked in dm_users and find no one is having the dcadm@alert.com as email address.

Where this email address has been configured?  We need to modify it.

Job failures are notified to the user owner of the installation (usually dmadmin) and the email address is read from the user_address attribute of the dm_user type

However, check the dm_event_sender.ebs/dm_html_sender.ebs, those are the scripts that send the email, maybe it is hardcoded there
