I've just discovered that there is a problem opening the D2 4.1 documentation with IE 10. We're working on a fix, but for now here's a workaround:
- Download the documentation zip file from the Download Center (account required).
- Unzip the file. You'll see two folders: admin and usrguide.
- In either folder, locate default.htm and open it in IE10.
- When prompted, allow blocked content.
- You'll see a couple of blank panes and the message "Loading Information".
- Press F12 to open the IE debugger.
- Select Browser Mode: IE10 Compat View.
The help files should now load ok.
Currently, the help docs are also incompatible with Chrome, but should work with other Windows browsers including Firefox and earlier versions of IE. Please let us know if you have problems with these files in any other browser.
