Lifecycle Apply in Process Builder

Hi friends,

I have created a workflow in Process Builder 6.7 that uses Lifecycle Apply activity template.

When I was testing my workflow, I noticed that this activity only works if there is a BPS deployed.

Is there any other out of box function or workaround to call apply activity without BPS deployed?
