We are getting following error while configuring IndexAgent:
We have installed SQL Server 2008 R2. Created a new user and a database and made the new user owner of the database.
The we installed Content Server, repository and a docbroker.
In Content Server Configuration Manager, we see the repo and docbrocker are running. So I guess The repo and docbroker are correctly installed.
Now we installed XPlore and DSearch and started their services. We checked if the XPlore is correctly running or not by hitting URL: http://localhost:9300/dsearch, and it gives response as follows;
The DSS instance PrimaryDsearch [version=1.3.0000.0250] normal
So I guess XPlore Dsearch is also installed and running correctly.
However while installing IndexAgent by running configIndexagent.bat in C:\xPlore\setup\indexagent we get following screen:
Screen 1: Here it first asks for docbroker host and port. After entering proper values and hitting Connect, it successfully retrieved the repository name asking for Username and Password
Screen 2: However after inserting Content Server Installation Owner user name and password for connecting to the repository we get following screen:
We have tried by uninstalling and re-installing both Content Server and Xplore Dsearch instances. But got the same error. I am sure am missing some step or some configuration. Please help.
