LiveSite: Cannot submit Components

Just today, we ran into a problem with submitting components into the staging area. When we click on "Submit", a window pops up asking for descriptions, etc. Then, after we click "Run Job" a pop up message shows up, saying:

Invalid Workflow:
no element found at line 1
ERROR:00001: Failure in operation

Anyone know how to fix this? Thanks.

Can you explain in detail how I can do this?

if you do not know how to do simple things like put your WF in debug mode,
you will have a great deal of trouble debugging this

What workflow are you using ? Did you write it or is it a standard IW WF ?

Take a course on workflow or find someone who knows how to write WFs
