I have a requirement where i want to register a event on document inside repository , those event may be checkin , chekout , export through DFC , Alter metadata
through DQL , So what is the way to fetch such events

register/unregister events on objects is implemented in IDfPersistentObject.registerEvent(). Have a look at the javadocs for DFC, and you can see how this is done.
Registered events are obviously stored in dm_audittrail, which is the one to check for them. See administration guide for further details on auditing.
