hi,

I am unable to upload the document in document administrator.please find the attachment :-

Error :-

No files to import have been selected

environment details:-

Application server :- TomCat 7.0

Client Browser & Operating System :- IE 8 & Windows 2008 server R2

Documentum Content Server :- 7.0

Documentum Administrator 7.0

Now tomcat works with cookies as weblogic

@PanfilovAB - I had experienced the same problem while importing a file to dctm. Your suggestion had resolved the issue.

Could you please explain the background of this step(need to update context.xml file)

Make sure you have installed the recommended browser java JRE version (1.7.0.45) and it should be 32 bit JRE. Also verify that this is the JRE that is loaded in the browser -> http://java.com/verify/?src=install

After installing JRE, ensure to reduce the Java security level : Control Panel -> Java -> Security -> reduce to the lowest level -> Restart browser
