IDfCollection - count how to get ?

Hi experts  ,

We get collection when we execute queries using DFC programs .But how to find the collection count based on the nature of the queries

- when I execute the select query ,  how to get  the collection count ?

- when I execute the delete query , how to get collection count how many objects it has deleted ?

- when I execute the update query , how to get collection count how many objects it has updated?

- when I execute the create query , how to get collection count how many objects it has created?

I did search DFC Java docs to find if there is any method to find this -   but no success.

Please advise.

Iterate though collection and count results.

same as above but objects_updated instead of objects_deleted
