In short - no - at least not OOTB.
For one thing, TS uses cookies - so unless someone explicitly clicks on the Logout button - they can quit (kill the browser window/session) and restart (open a new browser window/session and connect back to TS) their usage of TeamSite any number of times during the lifetime of the cookie and there's nothing that will track it.
If you really need to track the actual login times (as opposed to the reconnect times) - you might be able to hack [unsupported] the login.jsp page to record logins somewhere.
Is there a real reason why you need to attempt this? Or is it something someone thought would be interesting statistics to gather without really having a rationale for why and/or for what to use the statistics?
