DFS : Not getting content of parent object

I am consuming DFS 6.7 sp2 object services GET operation through productivity layer consumer. Following are the profiles which I am providing :

RelationshipProfileObj.setDepthFilter(DepthFilter.SPECIFIED);

RelationshipProfileObj.setDepth(7);

RelationshipProfileObj.setNameFilter(RelationshipNameFilter.SPECIFIED);

RelationshipProfileObj.setRelationName("peer");

RelationshipProfileObj.setTargetRoleFilter(TargetRoleFilter.SPECIFIED);

RelationshipProfileObj.setTargetRole("child");

RelationshipProfileObj.setResultDataMode(ResultDataMode.OBJECT);

//Content Profile

ContentProfile ContentProfileObj = new ContentProfile();

ContentProfileObj.setFormatFilter(FormatFilter.ANY);

ContentProfileObj.setPageFilter(PageFilter.ANY);

ContentProfileObj.setPageModifierFilter(PageModifierFilter.ANY);

ContentProfileObj.setUrlReturnPolicy(UrlReturnPolicy.NEVER);

Now the problem I am facing is as follow :

I have a parent object with two child objects. I am passing the parent objectId to the get operation and successfully getting the parent and child content, BUT

when I am changing RelationshipNameFilter from RelationshipNameFilter.SPECIFIED to RelationshipNameFilter.ANY, I am getting the child content but not the parent content.

Can anybody please explain how the relationship profile is effecting the content retuned ???????
