DQMAN not running

Hi Experts

I am not able to run DQMAN from windows 7 edition.Although I had it configured in my other system which was also windows 7.Not sure what i am missing,but i have configured this tool 7 to 8 times and it has never given me such error message

dmcl.dll and DFC is installed in my computer.path values and are set to correct values.

dmcl40.dll is in my system32 and PATH paramter is set to C:\Program Files\Documentum\Shared; and system32.

not sure what I am missi Error in installing DQMAN.png

ng.it gives some sort of access violation error when i click on first error message.

issue is resolved.Not sure but just copying dmcl.dll in windows directory instead of system32 resolved the issue.

Although system Path was configured to read the values from system32 directory.

Are you using Documentum 7 ? If yes you need to set up DFC7 in your path

If you're using W7 x64, you have installed DFC 64bit. In that case you'll need to install DFC x32 so dqman can use the libraries.

I am having same problem, what do you mean by "set up DFC7 in your path", I have installed DFC 7.0 on my laptop, now I have to do. Do I need to remove dmcl40.dll from my path. I am able to connect to D6.7 environment but not to D7.0, please let me know.
