Drag and Drop issue in Taskspace for Citrix user

Hi All

We have two application one webtop and  taskspace application

We are facing some issue for drag and drop in the taskspace application only for the citrix user where as normal user who logging into application from direct windows machine can drag and drop the document into taskspace application( In the Left pane : Browsertree component)

But both Citrix user and Normal user(logging from desktop) can drag and drop the document into webtop application

We dont have clue whether the problem with citrix servers or Taskspace applciations..Can pls help us to resolve this issue ?

Taskspace Application Details

Version : Taskspace 6.7 SP2

Java Version on the citrix machine : Java 1.6.0_30
