Emptying backing Store

Hi All,

We have been trying to create some space in the backing store (TS 6.5 on Solaris) since we cannot increase the disk space (its a development server).
Even after deleting numerous content we find no difference in the store size (df -k). I guess this is plainly due to the way content is stored in the backing store (it never deletes a content, and upon that stores the complete history of the files with the metadata).

Deleting a branch also was of no use.

Now, how do I permanently delete the content from the store? Do i have to delete the 'INITIAL EDITION' to achieve this? Our implementation is FILE BASED deployment and not edition based deployment.
Or any other way?
Any prompt clues are appreciated. TS is in frozen state ,we have increased the threshold to 99% in iw.cfg to get the ball rolling but now that has also exhausted.

iwfsshrink - removes redundant data within the backing store (it occurs over time, but most especially if you have used iwmigrate to move an old backing store into the current one)
iwrmed - removes editions and thus any versions of files that were only referenced by the removed edition.

Read the CLT manual and/or search the Support KB for more information on either / both commands.
