GetSciErrorString

I'm getting the below error when I logon to TeamSite through browser.
"An error has occured trying to obtain the todo list. The message returned by the server is: GetSciErrorString is unable to open a session."

We are using TeamSite 5.5.2 on Windows NT Server.

What do your iwtrace.log, iwserver.log, etc. files contain? Have you applied any service packs to 5.5.2 or not?
