xCP 2.0: BAM reports does not show results

I have a problem with the BAM server.

Any historical report I create and deploy gives me "do data" or "no results found".

At first the quartz scheduler was not running, after i "auto-started" it, now the log files has no errors, except for:

unable to store job with name: 'job name' and group: 'bamAggregations', because one already exists with this identification.

Which, i guess, is not a problem. By the way, the above job used to be in an application which was un-deployed, but its tables and are still in the bam database (It is not related to the report I implemented).

Can anyone guide me on what may be the cause of the problem.

Hi Tarek,

1. on process properties turn on Audit process event

2 .copy bam-server.properties from BAM server to Customconfig directory on application server (showing to app server on which computer and what port to look for BAM reports).

Customconfig directory on application server is fully copied from BAM server + add this bam-server.properties.

Then you will see your data.
