how to set attribute

Does anyone knows how to set the ordinary attribute of a DCR, not the extend attribute?

There is a command "iwextattr" for get and set extend attribute, but there is only a command "iwattrib" to get the vaule of attribute, no set function.

Apprecaite any suggestion and comments.

I am dealing some data migration stuff. The creator and last modified time of DCR are very meaningful to our business logical. Therefore, I have to set the DCR creator and last modified time according to the old data. But seems there is no way to set these attributes.

Unfortunately - those values are meant to be based on actual values at the time and I don't believe they are meant to be re-set by users.
You might consider revamping your business logic to use EA's instead of base attributes - and then include a process that sets the EAs based on the actual values (going forward it should be trivial, fixing historical instances is a bit more involved)
