Extracting specific data from DA

Hi friends,

I have a table where data related to contracts are saved. There are several date fields like expiry date, notice date, effective date etc. As i checked in the table, there is a column- 'r_modify_date' that tells us when a particular object was modified but it does not specify the field where the modification was done.

Is there any way to extract data such that i can get all the contracts where a particular field, say, expiry date was modified in a given time period ?

Hi Faizan,

You need to check the dm_audittrail table inorder to get these details for which all parameters for these documents which were modified within a specific date range. Provided, those System events( i.e. required from your end) are configured in dm_audittrail table & registered in dmi_registry table for your Custom document type.

The DQL should be somewhat like this:

select * from dm_audittrail where time stamp >=' your required date' and where object_name like '%Contracts%'

It will list out all the documents those were modified from that Date range & you can check the 'event_name' & 'string_1' values from Audit trail table for your requirement.
