outlook and running DMS session

Hello

Is is possible to connect from within Outlook to the running Worksite DMS session inside Outlook? or should i create a new session with Trusted Login / Impersonation?

There isn't a way to hook into MailSite's dms in Outlook. You would need to establish your own instance of a dms object.

That'll always be the case. If you're not in-process with FileSite, you're not going to be able to get to its objects. You can only make use of its dms and its objects if you are part of the process such as via implementing the ICommand Interface. This implies you would need to develop an ICommand command so that you're in-process with FileSite, and to get to the dms via the ICommand_ContextItems Property.
