coulmn preferences customization

hi Experts,

I have two queries:

1 .I want to know is there any api to get the coulmns list selected by user in coulmn perfrences.

2. Is there any way to display the results of two queries(on two object types) in the doclist jsp.

What application are you working with? What version?

Access to Webtop column preferences is easy. See the example code supplied in wdk.war and unstripp.jar from webtop.war

Displaying results from two different types or sources might be possible but will require custom code

Thanks for the reply Brian..I am using DAM 6.5. ...can u pls provide more info about this example code

Have not played with DAM.. sorry no ideas if what works in webtop will work
