How is the order of i_all_users_names calculated?
It doesn't appear to be alphabetical.
Can the order be changed somehow?
Thanks!
When client (i.e. dfc) tries to access i_all_users_names attribute value for the first time, content server executes following sql query:
select distinct gr1.users_names from dm_group_r gr1, dm_group_r gr2 where gr1.r_object_id = gr2.r_object_idand gr2.i_supergroups_names = 'group_name'
and stores returned result in memory, actually that algorithm is incorrect, because returned results are inconsistent with de facto role model.
Change documentum binary manually or ask support
When you add a group within a group or add users to a group, all users within that group are added to the i_all_users_names attribute by the content server. Just as appends to the repeating attribute value.
There is no way to change that behaviour.
If you require an ordered list I would suggest looking at the ORDER BY statement in DQL.
kind regards,
Alex
