Buttons not displaying

One of my users submitted some files through the workflow and went to approve them, but even though the user task is assigned to her, she can not see the "Approve", "Disapprove", "Delete Job" buttons on the bottom of the page. Any idea why these woulnd't display? I'm used to it telling users " You do not have permission to work on this task." and having the buttons greyed out, but never the buttons not displaying. So far, it's only been one user that has reported this.

We're on 6.1 on a Win2k3 server.
