cabinet folder visability at Documentum Storage Level

Hi All,

I created a cabinet with multiple folder in DA Application.

After storage i am trying to view the same folder structure on file storage in Documentum .While viewing in Documentum storage i was able to see  different name which probably the converted names of cabinet folder as 01,02,03,

(content_storage_01/000003e8/80/00/11/71.docx)

Is it possible to view cabinet,folders and Documents in documentum as we have defined in DA(ex:Cabinet/Folder/Folder/Test.docx)?

Hello raghavendar,

It is not possible. The folder structure used in the File System storage is totally independent (and different) on the Folder/Cabinet structure used in the repository.

If you need to determine the file system path of any content file you may use the get_path method in DQL, like:

EXECUTE get_path FOR 'content_obj_id'
