xCP2.0 Email

Hi Experts,

I am creating Email template in xCP 2.0 for attaching a document from xCP interface to send documents.

1.Do we have to have SMTP server details in dm_server_config.

2.Will the SMTP server details given in the xCP End point suffice?

1.I have create a email template.

2.Create a end point with SMTP server.Tested connection.It is OK.

3.Create a Stateless process.

in that I have created a package and variable assigned as below

Email is not triggered.

You only need to configure the Email server details at the Email Endpoint. Your process seems correct.

Thanks for the response.However my package stops in send email activity.How can I trace the problem apart from BPM log in JMS server log

Try and map your to_address with: To(0) Add.

I can see that your attachment is mapped with Attachment(0) and your address is mapped with To(1).I think that is causing the problem.

I have mapped as explained earlier.Still stops at the Send Email activity

Then, I would try sending an email without the attachment. Maybe there is a problem with the document that you are sending.

If it is still not working, maybe you should check if your mail server is working correctly.
