ADTS 6.7 SP1 patch 19 , issue when queue the item through the api

When I queue the document for rendition through the API, ADTS CTS rejects the Rendition request and it says Maximum age  is reached.

Error Details:
05:34:17,758  INFO [ Thread-45] CTSLegacyQueueProcessor -       Unable to execute the profile of the queue item (1b00a3e19b8a012a)
05:34:17,789  WARN [ Thread-45] CTSLegacyQueueProcessor -       notifySysOp: The queue item with ID (1b00a3e19b8a012a) and message 'rendition_req_ps_pdf' was signed off as it reached its expiry age.

Same thing was working earlier , we have used it to create the rendition, but now it is not working . please your suggestion on this ?

You will generally get better responses if you post the log in DEBUG mode. I would suggest you to change the logging level of CTS_log.txt to DEBUG and test again.

More on this error:-

CTS picks up queue items and tries to process it only if it can execute the queue item. There are many levels of checks done to figure out if it should/can execute the queue item. If these criteria are not met, then CTS will not execute the queue item and will keep polling that particular queue item till the expiry age(usually 1 min as configured in CTSServerService.xml) is reached. Once the expiry age is reached it will destroy the queue item so that it does not keep polling it again and again and waste CPU cycles on something it cannot process. To understand why it refuses to execute the queue item, debug logs will be required.
