Why xplore services are getting stopped automatically?

I have installed and configured xPlore1.3 and the services which are running for xPlore (Dsearch and Indexagent) is getting stopped on its own.

I need to restart the services make the xplore search up and running.

Was the process killed at the OS level?

Take a look in your server.log for both the IndexAgent and PrimaryDSearch. That also might give you a clue.

We have startPrimaryDsearch.sh and startIndexAgent.sh in a script file and is called from /etc/init.d so if the server goes down, it will automatically be started again.
