DBI Upgrade , DBD:Oracle installation on TS6.1

System

Following the KB#2141 to upgrade DBI to DBI 1.48. When the I do the "nmake test" I get the following error.

Same error when I try to install DBDracle on DBI 1.38.

As a guess - you need to make sure you have a full development system on the box in order to build it.
You should also probably read through the README files that come with the module as they contain a lot of information about how to build it and the various problems encountered (and how to overcome them).
