MyDocumentum Drag and Drop Permission change option

Hi,

My User wants facility to change permission of a document while importing to MyDocumentum Desktop

Attached is the screen i am seeing while importing a file to documentum . I see only two tabs

"Properties " and "Attributes "

How can i enable the permissions tab ?
