D2 deploying problem?

Dear Experts,

Following the Developers Guide for version 4.2 (attached by the way), for the template example YourCo-PluginName I built successfully and I copied the procuced .jar file to the Tomcat's folder as suggested by the guide. However, after the deploying step I got nothing. It didn't work, and as it does not produce any error message (at least I haven't seen none), I don't know what to do. Any ideas why it didn't work out?

Sorry for this basic question, but I couldn't find by myself the answers for this.

Hi Giovanni,

What do you expect your plugin to do? As far as I know, the provided sample plugin "do nothing" except it shows the structure your actual plugin should have. By the way, you should check in "Help > About" dialog if your custom plugin is shown there. If not, there must be an issue, either with your plugin structure, either in your deployment phasis.

Maybe produce file encrypt or decrypt when export and import.I tried override the D2CheckinService.checkin which will decrypt files,But why that didn't effect? What should I do? I saw that D2DownloadService.getFile is excute when I checkout content, what should i do to getFile?
