Authentication Error

I am on TS6.5 on win2000, One of my co-worker is getting this error when he is trying to log in as an administrator. His role is included in admin.uid and he is on the right group with all prevalages required. Well his account was working till today morning only now he is facing this problem. the error message is attached to the post.

It seems like he is logging in correctly. I assume it fails for any role.

It appears that the directory he was in has been deleted. Can you verify ?

You may need to reset his login info with iwuser

Is the directory in the error in existance ?
