Workflow
madhav
The problem is that a particular file cannot be added to a new workflow because, according to TeamSite, it is apart of another workflow. However, when a "File"->"Properties" is done on the file, the Job & Task IDs come up blank (null).
Here are the commands I tried to correct the issue:
When i tried to remove the job i get
iwrmjob #####
Job #### does not exist.
Could not destroy workflow ####
How do i fix this?
TIA

A little more background information would be helpful, but what happens when you run the iwlistlocks command on the file?

What version are you using? Also, what is the output of iwgetwfobj? Which job did you try to kill where you got that error?

Version is TS 5.5.2
$ iwgetfilejobs file
job=884902 task=884909
$ iwgetwfobj 884902
Object 884902 does not exist.
ID 884902 is invalid

I remember having very similar problems in 5.5.2, but I regret that I don't remember what the fixes were. Are you able to work around the problem, i.e. copying the file, deleting the original, and then renaming the copy to the original name?

It's possible that your workflow backing store is corrupted - you may want to contact Support who may talk you through the process of deleting the workflow backing store and re-creating it (from scratch, empty).
