Job running inconsistently

I am facing a problem in a documentum custom job. This job actually picks up files from a shared location and imports it into documentum.It seems that some of the files are uploaded correctly,however 50% are not. TBO,SBO and lifecycle is deployed for all these documents.I am unable to trace where the problem lies.Can someone please help?

did you log execution of job method?
Maybe your files was not upload becouse of timeout in ucf configuration ?

Hi!

First - check associated method with job - is that a Java method, then check if that runs on Method Server.

If that was a JMS server/servers - check logs.
