I keep getting this error
Refresh was not done since the Configuration Service has not been initialized yet.
I am doing the basic tutorial from the Web_Development_Kit_67_Tutorial.pdf. I am putting the XML file into my C:\Users\murpsy\Desktop\apache-tomcat-7.0.33\webapps\webtop\custom\config folder. I have tried doing a few of the tutorials and only one of the files will work when I run http://localhost:8080/webtop/wdk/refresh.jsp.
I have attached two files the first one menu_configuration_1.xml does not work but the remove_cancel_checkout_command.xml will work.
