create WS shortcuts for other users

Hi,

I know how to logon as someone , create a workspace and then access their workarea and add to their 'my matters' a shortcut to that workspace.
BUT, how do I log in as a generic user and access other users work areas so i can add shortcuts without having to login as them ???
The reason is that the bank i am working for can't give me an impersonation password.

You can retrieve another user's root level my matters folder using a folder search, assuming you have access.
