Problem in Advanced Search

I am using the WSMP TKV2 Contract template, when I am giving the Effective Date 9/1/05 (Selection Creitea:This Month) Documents property not matching and not coming in the results, when ediit this date to 9/2/05 then it is searchable.

Is this Contract Template related or WSMP issue/bug?

Any suggestions?
