Forbidden (403)

Hi All,
I am using
TeamSite6.1, Solaris 5.8.
While generating output from DCR file with extension "h" is created, which is html file. Because of some reasons we cann't give them extn "html"/"htm".
While we preview any dcr we get following error.

Forbidden (403)
You have requested data that the server has decided not to provide to you. Your request was understood and denied.

I am sure I have to make changes in the TeamSite's webserver configuration, but don't know where and how.
Can anyone help ?

Can you explain this more clearly? Why can't you generate with .htm or .html?
Your customer web server probably doesn't have .h registered as a recognized file type and is set up to deny access to files it doesn't recognize.
Are you using Apache as your customer web server?

The files generated are posted to another application which requies files with .h extension.

The error message I am getting is from the TeamSite's webserver.
I will look into configuration of my webserver also .....

Hii,
The problem has been resolved with addition of a MIME type in web server's configuration.
We are using ATD Dynamo server. There is a file "MimeTyper.properties" located at ATG_HOME/home/localconfig/atg/dynamo/servlet/pipeline. Adding one more entry in it solved the issue.
