we are using webtop 6.0 and need to download the hot fix Webtop-9439. Can somebody please help me to find the download link.
I already searched for that on https://emc.subscribenet.com/ but i couldn't find anything.

You'll need to open a SR requesting the patch. AFAIK, the "public" credentials that allowed to login into emc's ftp don't work anymore...
EDIT: considering 6.0 is not supported anymore you should check if webtop 6.0 SPx contains the patch and upgrade webtop to that patch if it does
