Error while creating container

My code used to work perfectly fine. all of a sudden i am having this error. I am confused on this because it worked fine before.

Error:

Message "MBException: A repository error occurred. Check the log or message (0x80040413)" String

I am simply using GetContainerByPath method of .Net API. and it fails there.

Please help me out.
