Getting current folder path using DFC

Hi All,

Suppose we have a folder linked to various other folders within different cabinets. Now, how is it possible to get the current selected folder path using dfc.

Actually i want to get that particular selected folder path and unlink it from that location using dfc.

Not possible.

Your client has to note the current navigated folder path and pass that to your delete link code

To add to Brian's reply, how is your DFC code called ?

For example, if it's a custom Webtop component, you could make sure your component gets the current link as a paramter... and then you could unlink the docco from the current link...

Webtop does respect navigation, and it's possible to get current location through ClientSessionState.getAttribute("location") and ClientSessionState.getAttribute("location-id") (for pure DFC code some reflection magic is required). But the question is about D2.
