Upload PDF to MB 4.5 SP1 Error

Hi all,

Does any one know if MB 4.5 SP1 support PDF created in Acrobat 7? We're getting primitive error while uploading PDFs created with Acrobat 7 using Web Client and Native Client. I have a case open with Support over a month and have not received any thing from them.

Do you have Acrobat installed on the MB server machine? Thats usually the main reason.

First try verifying that when you click on the pdf file on the server machine it opens in Acrobat 7 without any pop-up dialogs or other problems. If that does not work (either the wrong version of Acrobat gets used or there are errors) they should be addressed first. Assuming that works, please post the exact error to the list.
