Thanks for giving the repaly, Their is no space in documentum that why we are getting that issue.

Check whether the docbase was up or not.. If it is started, check the network connectivity.. use telnet to ping the content server machine with the port 1489 (if you havent changed the port)

I believe you could connet to the docbroker but not the docbase.

You may need to check if the docbase port is open. The docbase port details could be found in /etc/services/ in case of UNIX and C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\Services in case of windows.
