xCP2.1 - getting Premgen issue which running SYNC. Job

Hi All,

Whenever we are running SYNC. Job, its showing connection faied and giving permgen error in logs.

Do i need to just increase the RAM or is there any other configuration change i have to do in xMS Agent server ?

attached are the screenshots.

Hi,

i suppose you need to adjust your XMS agent application server memory setting

if you are using TC SERVER:

Add the following 3 lines:

wrapper.java.additional.8="-Xmx2048M"

wrapper.java.additional.9="-XX:MaxPermSize=512m"

wrapper.java.additional.10="-Xms1024M"

if you are using tomcat :

JAVA_OPTS=-Xms1024m -Xmx2048m -XX:MaxPermSize=512m

note : those values are from the xms-tool readMe File.
