Mandatory component "Tomcat" manifest-configuration is missing for service ****

While using xMS Server for Orchestrated Provisioning i faced the following problem while provisioning a xCP2.1-development environment:

Validation error - Mandatory component "Tomcat" manifest-configuration is missing for service "XmsAgentService"

And this error is shown for all services:

Recipe inputs validation failed for module with name "xCP-2.1-Dev-Template-Clone-X2" for services [BamService, AppHostService, XmsAgentService, DaService, BpsService].

And also the following error is shown:

Mandatory component "xCP-Runtime" media-binary is missing for service "BamService" @ path: file://XMSSERVER/xmstools/installs/xCP_Runtime/2.1/xcp-runtime-2.1.zip

But on the flexnet i'm unable to locate the xcp-runtime-2.1.zip file.

I'm unable to find anything of this inside the documentation/support form/knowledge base.

hi,

in XCP 2.0 the runtime libraries is provided as a seperate library package.

in 2.1 the libraries are included in the different webApp( bam-server & xcp application package with designer )

maybe XMS is checking the mentionned file because you mentionned it as a dependent component/service.

maybe the error is comming from the xms blue-print that you may have download from Download center

if you check the developper blue print and the AppServer you'll find

<service-component name="xCP-Runtime" enabled="${bam.runtime.enabled=true}"/>

but in the one existing in the XMS tool this line does not exist.

you can start by removing this from your blueprint
