Task are not available into Inbox but available into workflow reporting

Hi ,

We are setting the performer of manual activity using code . This code is working fine is DEV and QA but in production tasks are not coming into inbox. We can see from workflow reporting that task has been assigned to proper group but while checking into inbox from a user which is part of that group , tasks are not visible. even we have check from DA as well so that we can confirm that this issue is not due to any customization.

Check if it is visible in dmi_queue_item using DQL query and what is the value of delete_flag ?
