CCstd showing no content

We're experiencing a weird problem with our TeamSite 6.1 SP1 running on Windows 2003. It seems some users when they log into the CCstd interface get messages saying there's no content in the different portlets ie. My Forms has "No Forms Found", Work in progress has "No Work In Progress Found" and Content has "No Content Found". However, if they log back out and log back in that seems to fix things. Has anyone else run into this problem? I searched the forums and the knowledge base already and didn't turn up anything that seemed related.
