display a message in messagebar component in context for a particular cabinet

Hi,

I want to display a note/message in the message bar component on left side whenever a user logs browses to a particular cabinet and all its folder and subfolders

Please note that this message shouldnt be visible in the messagebar when the user browses to any other cabinet.

Is this feasible? Can someone please advice how can I implement this functionality?
