Export the branch sturcture to teamsite 6.5

We have team site 5.5.5. I have installed the team site 6.5 on different server. How can get same the entire custom branch (ex: Y:\default\main\.....) structure from 5.5.2 to team site 6.5. When try to copy folder from old team site 5.5.2 to new team site 6.5, ‘Unable to create the folder <branch name> the parameter is incorrect' message showing.

Do I need create all the branch structure manually?

Any help can be appreciated

Hi,
you have the possibility to active a TS5.5 store within a TS6.5 system.
Deactivate your store on your TS5.5 system, copy the store to your new 6.5 server and active it there.
Attention: if a 5.5 store is actived once on a 6.5 system you can't active it on a 5.5 system.
